Market Depth shows only 2 row of data

Hi,

I would be using brokerage service of Global Futures via OEC for trading e-mini futures and after connecting Sierra Chart on Open E Cry FIX, the market depth chart shown has only 2 rows of data.

Please assist. Thanks.

Now, I am able to see all rows. Few hours ago only 2 rows. Case close.

Hi,

This problem of missing market depth happened again.

Right now, I am using live account from Global Futures and no longer
using the demo account from InfinityFutures(Transact).

Please help.

Are you using market depth features for more than 3 symbols at a time? If so, most likely that is the problem because OEC most likely has a limit of market depth for 3 symbols at a time. Your broker can request an increase.

I have windows open for ESZ5 and NOV-NYSE. And only open market depth window for ESZ5.

I am using Global Futures as brokerage service and I have enabled CME data with market depth under Gain Capital. And no longer using the SC Data Feed.

You then need to uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds.

After this reconnect to the data feed:
