Therefore, most likely is caused by a firewall on your system. Are you running any firewall software other than the Windows firewall?

i only use windows firewall. I do use a vpn but it has never caused a problem before. |

malware was the culprit. ran a scan and it picked up 4 items. cleaned them and now i can upload charts again. thank you for your attention. |
