Barchart returning this error: "this user activation is not recognized; it may have expired. Please contact your vendor to re-subscribe your username and then try again." Can you please look into it? Thank you. |

Does this happen when you submit the agreement? If this is the case, then we need to contact Barchart about your account. Or does this happen when you go to the Agreement page? We have contacted Barchart about your account. They said they have fixed the issue and asked us to have you re-sign the agreement.
