Yestarday I had in simulator account the position on the chart shows +1@2070.67 while the position in the DOM shows 1@2071.75. How can we get these 2 numbers to sync with one another? Thank you, Irina

When you want to post an image of a chart, use only this method here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#Image That image is not useful because it contains a high amount of loss and too much information. We will not struggle to look at a poor quality image. The reason you would see a difference with Trade Position data when Trade Simulation Mode is on, between charts has to do with a difference with the number of order fills loaded in the charts. We have made some changes to eliminate this kind of difference in newer versions. Update Sierra Chart following the instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate The only thing you would have to check is to make sure there is no Date-Time set in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Order Fills Start Date-Time. The screen image was not possible to take once it was not more availble. Hope with the new version downloaded today it is fixed. There is no Data-Time set.

You are referring to a difference with the Position Average price between the Trade Window and the Position Line. This is because you have enabled this option: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalTradeSettings.html#FlatToFlatAveragePriceForPosition Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. You need to uncheck that option. It is in Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings.
