have a quick question if someone can help - i was inputting a code into entry box on spread sheet =id1.sg1>id3.sg1 and im getting a #value instead of a true or false , what does that mean ?

The syntax for Simple Alerts and spreadsheets is not the same. Spreadsheets require a row reference. Try this: =id1.sg1@3>id3.sg1@3 |
