(Using InteractiveBrokers) 1/ re: FX, futures. Why don't 60 min, 5 min, 1 min charts etc start from 6 mths ago? (whereas daily charts show 6 mths chart) I started subscription 2 weeks ago 2/ how can the gaps (evening session) in missing data be corrected? Tried "delete & download data" but didn't work 3/ Need symbols included (as not available) for: - SIR (India Rupee, SGX (Simex)) - NZD.CAD-CASH-IDEALPRO - CHF.NOK-CASH-IDEALPRO - CHF.SEK-CASH-IDEALPRO - NZD.CAD-CASH-IDEALPRO 4/ Can't get 60 min charts (or smaller timeframe) on stock symbol VRX (NYSE) (but can get daily, weekly charts) Says "Download failed" 5/ In Continuous Futures contracts charts, it does not seem to show after hrs trading? If so, is there a setting to show it? 6/ re: XINA50 Nov2015 futures contract Why does continuous futures contract only show about 6 mth of data? In contrast, NIFTY50 continuous futures contract shows a few years 7/ intuitive UI implementation suggestion Have identical right & left chart scroll buttons (left arrow & right arrow) on the bottom left hand corner as well. Currently only on the bottom right corner Very annoying (anti intuitive) going back to bottom right corner to locate these buttons when there are 50 chart windows in a chartbook or when you have a wide screen monitor Also have perhaps a left & right 'double arrows' buttons (next to the standard 'single arrow' buttons) as a shortcut to click to first & last chart, respectively 8/ sierra Charts have a timelag in updating compared to IB TWS quotes (occasionally) Is this normal? Lag ~ 1.5 sec. Very noticeable 9/ (I have ~ 40 charts in a chartbook ~ 14 mb) Why does Sierra take so long to update every time I open chartbook - even after I shut chartbook & saved it 5 mins ago? It takes up to 15 min to update just a few charts just after I open the chartbook Is this normal? Why doesn't it just update all charts since the last saved updated? Also when switching from say 60 min to 5 min it again seems to update from scratch? (when I already viewed the same timeframes on the last saved update) |
