Support, I am displaying data on the chart. I want to text some words, just bellow of every volume bar. Qs 1. the Region #2 is for the volume bars info, so i thought that i need one more region (#3), to display the text right at the bottom of every volume bar. is that looks ok? 2. If yes, than how do i add Region#3 to my chart? how to make the command to text letters in every bar? Hope to hear from you soon, Ariel |

The way to accomplish this is as follows: Open the Scale Settings window for the Volume study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#ScaleWindowStudy Set the Scale Range to "Automatic". Use the Interactive Scale Range feature: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_Scaling.html#InteractiveScalingExpandCompress And increase the range of values for the Chart Region the Volume study is in. This will create space below it. You also have the ability to use Interactive Scale Move to move the Volume study up to remove the space at the top of it. Hi Support, I did everything you said, and it actually create some space for me, at the bottom. I need to display some text their, but for putting the text, with ACSIL, i need to provide the location as height and width. Now, if i put -200, meaning that the text will start from -200 (under the volume bar, at the bottom), it does not display it correctly, when the volume changes from higher volume numbers, to lower volume numbers. I need a way to put the text as persentages, on the empty space, bellow the volume bar, at any times. Any advice? Ariel |

You can do this by specifying the vertical values as values relative to chart window itself. Hi, Thanks, its improve my display very much! Question, Can i control the volume bar loction itself? so it will start, lets say, from the middle of the region (50%), and that the highest volume will always be finished 10% less that end of the region? Can i configurate it from the Study->Settings windows, or form the code (ACSIL)? Thanks Ariel |

Yes you can probably do something like this but this is advanced scaling which is not really so straightforward. It would require hidden Subgraphs to control the scale and would require using the Bar Top/Bar Bottom Draw Styles for the volume bars.
