Can't connect to SC real-time and historical Intraday Forex data

I downloaded 2nd instance of SC and can't connect to SC's FX data service; I have pkg 5 but in Data/Trade Service Settings 'SC Forex Data' shows it is (Not enabled on package)

Ok - I actually have a direct account already (UN: brown555). I purchased package 5 on my AMP futures prematurely; I had the SC platform access re-activated through AMP the following day, so can I just transfer the time I purchased for acct UN: AC100008 to my direct acct brown555?
