Using the Spreadsheet System/Alert study, I have formulas in K,M that produce arrows, and formulas in P,Q that draw lines. All other subgraphs are set to Ignore, and all Column Alerts are set to No Alert except K,M. However, alerts are logged from columns K,M,P,Q. Is this by design? Apparently 'No Alert' only disables the sound. My goal is to only log alerts from K,M that sound. As a workaround, I had to use two 1 period SMAs based on columns P,Q, then set those Draw Styles to Ignore. Suggestion: Rename 'No Alert' to 'Mute' and add an additional option: 'Ignore'. Contemplating how best to support this. We think this has come up before, but we have not come up with a good user interface method to support this. I searched but did not find an update on this. Is it possible that the alert log only pops up with alerts we truly want and not when a formula (e.g. T) has made a calculation that we want to graph?
