Columns not adjustable in Tool Values Window

In prerelease 1314 the columns width in the Tool Values Window are no longer adjustable. I think we had this issue before, a little while ago. |

Never in the history of Sierra Chart, are the column widths adjustable in any of the Chart Values Windows. The widths are automatically set based upon the overall width of the window itself.
