Is there a way to identify these scenarios without coding a new indicator?

like the headline hints, i am looking for a way to identify the following scenarios:

1. NYSE-Tick mostly above zero = bullish context (green boxes in screenshot)
2. NYSE-Tick tethering around zero = more like flat (yellow boxes)
3. NYSE-Tick mostly below zero = bearish context (red boxes)

any help is highly appreciated!

thank you,
Andreas

You definitely have to do some programming.

Have a look at using the Spreadsheet System/Alert study:
