missing chart data

Hi. I am missing partial chart data for the F.US.TUAZ15 (Two Year Note) from around 1500 hours on October 21, 2015 to the current time, as well as chart data for the F.US.FVAZ15 (Five Year Note) from around 1800 hours on October 21, 2015 to the current time. I already tried deleting and downloading the data for these charts, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting to the server. I use the CQG/FIX trading service. I am also running the charts for the F.US.USAZ15 (30 Year Bonds) and the F.US.TYAZ15 (Ten Year Note) and the data is complete and working fine on those charts. Thank you.

I am having the same problem with the same sympbols.

In additon the micro euro futures is missing data as well.

This is due to problems with the CQG data feed which are common, which is used to maintain historical data.

We have corrected this problem for now.

You can use a more reliable data feed which would be the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:

Anyway, on our side we are contemplating what to do. We may have to implement automatically connects every few hours with CQG. Very sad we would have to do something like this.

We have deployed this evening a permanent solution to this problem.

There still can be a small condition though where you might be missing about 10 minutes of data, but if at the time you notice that you wait a few minutes and re-download the data, you should get it.
