Only 5 Levels of Depth since the weekend (last update?)

Hello support,

after updating to the newest prerelease i am experiencing the issue that i see only 5 levels where i had 10 before the update.

i am on cqg / deepdiscounttrading

please advise.

Either this is going to be a CQG issue that we do not have control over, or you have set Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >>Maximum Depth Levels Displayed to 5.

It is definitely not related to the newer Sierra Chart version. Nothing has changed with the CQG market data processing but we will check on that.

support, it has to be related to the new version as i had 10 levels before and only had 5 until now. the setting was set to 5 and i have changed it to 10. it is now working as expected.

This could not be. Sierra Chart would not change it to 5. The only reason would be is if there was some kind of memory corruption. In that case other settings would be changed and Sierra Chart would not be stable.

well, i havent changed anything in settings and ended up with this "issue" today.. i mean i really couldnt care less as it was no problem to change the setting back to 10, but i thought i'll let you know, just in case you may stumble upon any related issues one day.
