Hi, I payed us$24.36 on the 15/10/15 for a month of package 3, for some reason the account is still on zero days of usage time and can't login. can you sort It out please??

That payment was automatically refunded by the payment processor 2 Checkout because it did not pass their security rules. You should have received an email notice about this from us.
