can't download data of today intraday session

Hi,
today I'm not able to retrieve the historical data of the intraday session.
I am receiving only the current data when I am connected.
I'm using v.989, TT as data feed, symbol FGBL 201309-Eurex.
Message log says

HD Request # 1 - Historical data for FGBL-201309-Eurex is delayed because connection to main data feed is not present. Current data will be received upon connection. | 2013-06-18 10:15:38
HD Request # 1 - Received 0 records and wrote 0 records for FGBL-201309-Eurex | 2013-06-18 10:15:38
HD Request # 1 - Intraday download COMPLETE for FGBL-201309-Eurex | 2013-06-18 10:15:38

I tried to delete and download data, also reload and recalculate chart but it didn't work.

I just wonder if it is a TT or SC problem.

Who is the broker you are trading with?

This is not a TT issue. The market data comes from the particular broker's TT FIX adapter.

My broker says that they are able to retreive intraday data on eurex symbols using SC+TT,
so I really don't know where the problem can be. Still receiving the same message log

I also returned to an older versione (v.976) but it didn't work.
Any ideas?
