Try this:
For 1,2,3:
-Add the Daily OHLC study on the RTH 5 min chart
For 4,5:
-Add another 5 min chart, set the Start and End Times to the Globex times, add the Daily OHLC study.
-Add the Study/Price Overlay study to the RTH 5 min chart, set the Chart Region to 1, set the Study to Overlay to the Globex chart.
For 6,7:
Add the Weekly OHLC study to the RTH 5 min chart.
For 8,9:
-Add another chart, set to Historical/Monthly, add the High/Low For Time Period study, set the Displacement of SG1 and SG2 to 1.
-Add the Study/Price Overlay study to the RTH 5 min chart, set the Chart Region to 1, set the Study to Overlay to the Monthly chart.

You need to use the following two studies for what you require:

For these:

4) (Globex)Overnight High
5) Overnight Low

You probably will need to use the High/Low For Time Period-Extended study.

The High/Low For Time Period-Extended study will not extend across midnight, so 4,5 require an additional chart from which a study can be overlaid.

It will extend across midnight if the Session Times span midnight.

This is the key to make that work.
