Hello, We are going to be implementing additional discounts for long-term users. The discount received will be depending about how much paid usage time you have. What you will receive is the following: 10% off listed prices for every year of usage time you have already paid for. The maximum is 30%. You will still be entitled to the multi-month purchase discount. Also, the pricing for Sierra Chart unless you become a reseller, is going to be consistent for all users. In some cases we have been offering discounts to certain groups but the administrative effort and the pricing inconsistencies it creates, has created a problem for us. We expect the long-term user discounts to be implemented sometime in October (this month). Please do not ask us anything about this at this time until everything is all implemented. Also, we will probably be removing Sierra Chart service package 1 for new users. It will remain for existing users. The basic reason is that most of our users are not using this service package and it only creates confusion with too many different packages. One thing that service package 1 does not have is the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service which is an essential service for most users now especially since this service has been greatly expanded and is now integrated with every single Trading service that Sierra Chart works with.
