I want Message Log to appear only when I want it to

Is there any possibilty to open the Message Log in the event only I want it to? Now it pops up anytime it feels like popping up, cluttering my screens while trading, which is annoying. I have de-selected the option Show-Hide Message Log, so I supposed that would do the trick, but it it does not. Please advice, thank you. |

The answer is a definite no. If the Message Log is opening there is a reason for it. So what is the reason? If you look at the Message Log, the lines with an asterisk (*) at the end cause it to open. The solution I use it to grap a corner of the log window and shrink it so it can be parked out of the way.
