Hello, I trade futures and not currencies, I have mistakenly selected the Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service instead of Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed Can I pay the extra and switch over? Many thanks |

The Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service is included with all Sierra Chart service packages. So it is not something that you would select. Who is your futures broker? Hello, This is the package I would like Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed but I think it requires a trading account, I only require a data feed not a trading account. Thanks |

If you need real-time data for that symbol, the minimum cost for the data feed will be about 130 USD in addition to what you pay for Sierra Chart. There is a reduced Chicago Mercantile Exchange fee for this symbol for 40 USD a month but we do not support it in Sierra Chart. But if you have a trading account with a supported trading service the exchange fee goes down to 3.25 USD per month If you would like a refund for Sierra Chart, please let us know.
