I have my computer running 24/7 at one location, but when I travel I would like to log-in and see how my trade is doing. I noticed this last time that I logged in from a remote computer, it appears that my main computer running 24/7 was logged out and my remote computer was logged in. Is there a way to see my charts and my trades from a remote computer ata remote location without having my main computer (24/7) log me out? Many Thanks.

We see you are using the "SC Forex Data" service. Therefore, what you describe could not be happening. Precisely what is happening when you say this?: my main computer running 24/7 was logged out and my remote computer was logged in.
For example, are you getting disconnected from a particular Data or Trading service with messages in the Message Log indicating this. This is certainly not going to happen with the Sierra Chart software, or Sierra Chart data services unless you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which you are not. Also have a look at using the TeamViewer program to accomplish what you want. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
