Sierra Chart creating errors in some DTN.IQ data

Sierra Chart is creating errors by replacing digits in price data for several recent days of data with underscores for some spreads that I am attempting to chart. The end result is the price data does not chart at all for the days with data errors (volume data is ok, just some OHLC data). The data from dtn.iq is not the issue as I am using it without problems via another program. I have attached an example (RBOB gasoline Feb-Mar 2016, there are many more with issues)

This makes no sense. We have never seen anything like this. What is the exact symbol of the chart? And please give us the exact symbol. Here are some symbols with different degrees of the issue (digits replaced with dashes. the end result is the data for the days effected does not chart OHLC. I can give many more examples of spreads with this issue and also of spreads working perfectly fine. This now fixed. Update by following the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#FastUpdate After the update, redownload the data in the affected charts with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
