IB TWS ''Cancelling due to no order update from server''

Good day,

I am trying to test a system on a paper account with IB TWS API. The data seems to be transfering properly, charts and SS are updating every tick.
But when I send an order via Trade Window, it shows it on the chart for 10secs, then disappear, and the Orders And Positions Windows tells me that order is ''Cancelling due to no order update from server''.
Maybe someone can explain me what to do to fix this.

What is the exact Symbol this is happening with? This is set through Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol.

Any Forex pairs. EURCAD, USPJPY, etc. Doesn't work with Idealpro pairs neither

Edit: It works with stocks tho

Are there any errors for the order in Trade >> Trade Service Log?

Also the symbols like, EURCAD, are not valid Interactive Brokers symbols.

For Forex you need to use the ones that have IDEALPRO in them.

Fixed. Thank you very much. Reason was that, pretty stupid I know, but for some reason my main IB account did not share real time data to my paper trading anymore, even if charts were updating with regular forex pairs.

If someone else had the same issue, simply go to account management; Paper trading page and check the box ''Share real time data''.
