Could you provide us a copy of this email message because this does not really make sense. You already have a Sierra Chart account. It is the one that you have logged into this Support Board with. Hi there, I am currently connected to the "SC Historical data " , (the green "DF" indicator is showing). but I noticed that there are no candles displayed...what gives? That is a CQG symbol and not a Sierra Chart Historical Data Service symbol. You need to use ESZ15. You will find the symbols in File >> Find Symbol. Data is available on weekends. I believe the support agent from Ironbeam is in contact with Sierra Chart to find the connection information for CQG....
