It seems that Sierra Chart does not use all fields in the trade orders and positions window. Only cash balance and account currency are updated, the other fields are zero no matter what value I send in the DTC message.

Yes, we do see this. Some of these are new fields both in Sierra Chart and in DTC. We are implementing them now in Sierra Chart and support for them will be out in the next release.
