OEC connection error message

Hi SC,

I have a demo account with OEC that they say is enabled to connect to you. I followed your OEC connection guide, but it is unable to connect for some reason. Attached is a screenshot of the setting I had your "Data/Trade Service Settings" on for OEC. The SC message log I'm getting when I try to connect OEC is below. Please let me know how I can fix this, thanks.

The connection will succeed Sunday evening so long as the OEC Username and Password are correct.
