can't connect to Rithmic

Hi,
Pls look at the log. I can't connect to Rithmic on my home computer. It works at my office on windows8 but at home ,on my old computer, I have still windows XP.
Are the windows XP the problem? I believe that Rithmic works on win7 and above (dunno for data feed).

Yes, it is necessary to be using Windows 7 or higher when using Rithmic to be able to connect. This is necessary because the Rithmic software requires it.
