Hi Guys. Would it be possible to include the volume average price for the drawn profile. It would be a simple extended line. Nothing fancy. It would just show you the average weighted volume for that drawn profile. It could be turned off or on. User choice. Thank you for your consideration. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-09-24 09:37:27

+1 , funny I requested it right about the same time. Or for that matter, just be able to overlay the latest value of the vwap from another study and chart

Hello Support Team. Was there any consideration to add this ability? It is very useful for those of us that are always drawing out the profile. Thank you. |

Hi. Almost there :) It should be a straight line across the profile. And its drawing the line in last profile straight up at the very end. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=144360271174.png |

Are these Volume Profiles manually drawn on the chart?

I like it not being a straight line across the chart. In other words, I like the VWAP displaying each bars value. (That's partly because I already have a custom study that draws the straight line for the latest VWAP value.) The image link is a chart with the Volume By Price study added. The VWAP line is going straight up on the current bar. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1443669153219.png Actually, it's not the current bar. Looks like after the VWAP goes straight up, the VWAP stops updating. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-10-01 03:21:23

OK we are checking on this. The Volume Weighted Average Price line will be displayed always as a developing line and not a horizontal line which is a constant value during the duration of the volume profile. This is really impressive. Never seen before such a responsive development team as Sierra's! Just one little sugestion about this. It was really hard for me to find out where to enable the VWAP visualization, since the "Draw Mode" in the tool setting does not mention it, only mention POC, VAH and VAL.
