You need to restart Sierra Chart.

Also, who is your futures broker? We need to know to give you further instructions, so you can access the real-time futures data at the reduced CME exchange fees.

NinjaTrader using CQG continuum with Dorman Clearing. Do you need more info?

OK you need to contact Dorman Clearing and have them enable your CQG account for the CQG FIX connection.

You do not need a market data connection on that CQG account since you will be using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

Let us know when the CQG FIX service is enabled on your CQG account.
