Hi, Everytime I start sierrachart all my charts im my chartbook, have Symbol is unknown eventhough is the right symbol. After a few seconds all the messages on the charts disappear. Please see the attached image. Thanks |

So this is not something we have control over, and we did not know what external service you are using because we do not see any login on your Sierra Chart account.
