I normally use Hand mode which shows the crosshairs and allows dragging the chart (works nicely). I've started using an indicator which provides information about bar volume/buying/selling pressure etc in the from of a dialog box when hovering over the bar, but this will only work in Chart Values/Crosshairs mode (vendor says because of SierraChart restrictions). But in this mode I can't see the crosshairs! I assume I should be able to see the crosshairs in Chart Values/Crosshairs mode? How do I do this? Thanks.

Sorry, not sure how that inappropriate subject heading got there!!

(vendor says because of SierraChart restrictions)

Not sure what they are referring to. Certainly not a deliberate restriction. They must be referring to just how something is designed in Sierra Chart.

Select Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values. And make sure Show Crosshairs is enabled.

Thanks, but I don't see Show Crosshairs on that form:-

The vendors say it's not possible to show their information dialogs (in Hand mode) because of a "limitation" in Sierra Chart, rather than a restriction.

That option is in the recent versions of Sierra Chart but if you do not see it, then there is no way to disable the crosshair to begin with.

Nevertheless, try updating to see if it makes any difference.
