Hi. I'm working on an automated trading algorithm in ACSIL which I hope to eventually share with people in different time zones. What would be the best practices for dealing with time zones in SierraChart? My friends live in different parts of the world, and they'd have their Sierra Chart installations configured to their local time zones. My algorithm is time-sensitive. For example, trading the DAX futures contract depends on the price at the open. If I send the DLL to someone in New York or Singapore, how do I make sure that the "open" price is as per the exchange time? Can you please guide me to reading material - some links to specific pages in SC's online documentation would be great. I've tried searching but I can't find specific details. Thanks in advance. |
