Hello,

Sierra Chart was working fine yesterday. Today it prompted me to run an update, and I allowed it. Now when I try to run it, it does nothing. Nothing opens, no error messages, nothing in Event Logs, etc. What can I do to get the application working again?

We think what has happened is that you got the version with Old Spreadsheets.

Yes, we confirmed that you got the version with Old Spreadsheets.

Install Sierra Chart with this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe

This will start up without any problem.

The reason you had a problem with Old Spreadsheets because it has a dependency on Microsoft .NET 4 which you do not have on your system.
