Failure to Downlod Data

I have a chartbook opened with 1, 5,15,65,and 195 minutes,and, daily, weekly, and Monthly charts open. I have a Quoteboard open with 20 stocks. When I chose a stock to view the charts, the weekly and monthly charts come up. I get a message on the other charts, "Waiting to Download Historical Data. But, it never happens. This occurs about 90% of the time. This makes the charting package absolutely worthless. I am using a TD Ameritrade datalink with Sierra Charts Historical Data. Any suggestion on how to get the charts to update? I am also using the VSA add-on study.

There are a couple of reasons for this problem. One reason may have to do with a recent issue in the version you are running, another one has to do with one of our servers is unavailable for historical data.

Update Sierra Chart by following the instructions here:

Let us know if you still have the problem with the "waiting to download" message for Intraday charts.
