So much info to weed through. Can someone point me to some instructions on how to add multiple symbols (Like the SP500) without having to add them one at a time and how to scroll through charts from symbol to symbol without typing each one in? Currently subscribed to IQFeed if that matters. Thank you, Mike Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-09-16 15:57:57

Contact DTN IQ Feed and see if they can give you a list of the 500 stocks. They should have that list. Also keep in mind it periodically changes. You need to put those into a text file. Those can be imported into the Associated Watch List and you can use that to iterate through those symbols. EEK! I would think that would be one of the most basic features there would be. Click a button to be taken to a list of stocks. Even dinosaur Metastock versions can do that. Enough to keep me looking for a new platform. Considering this was the first feature I looked for and should be the most basic, I don't want to know what else i'll run into. Sierra Chart would not implement this kind of functionality because there are so many exchanges available. This particular class of functionality is not really within the realm of Sierra Chart. In the past, it really was impractical to support this. We do have the ability to support it now, but it is not something that we really want to get involved with. So you probably are better off looking for another program if you consider this required. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
