Not sure if this is a bug, but it seems odd to me. When I use a drawing tool such as the horizontal ray tool on a 5 min chart, I have it set up to add a label with the price level. Because my charts are set up to copy everything from my 5 min chart to my 1 min chart, this same line appears on the 1 min as it should. If I go back to the 5 min chart though and delete just the label portion, keeping the line, but removing label to mark the price level, this change is not reflected on the 1 min chart. The line still has the price label attached on the 1 min chart even though its not visible on the 5 min chart. I notice that if I change the color as an example, instead of the price label, everything gets updated properly from the 5 min onto the 1 min chart. But for some reason, updating just the label portion by deselecting the "price" selection doesn't auto update the line in the other linked charts. |

Wow, I found a real bug... do I get a prize? :D I'm actually very impressed how for almost every problem posted here, you guys have an answer, and the poster just needs to set up their platform properly, so its truly rare that a bug is ever found. Very impressed Sierra Charts... thanks for the great platform! |
