Message log keeps popping up saying my computers clock is off by 1371234505 seconds. My clock is set correctly. How to stop this ?

I am using 982 but I get the same message, that my computer clock is off by years. Ive been getting the message all afternoon. TT saids it recieved partial report. TT wants market depth update, whatever that means.
