Soft changing the timescale

Hello,

I would expand the timescale in a smallest way than a scroll shift or with the up/down keyboard arrow
when the zooming is in the smallest configuration.
In this configuration, when i do a scroll shift, the horizontal scale is more than twice the previous one.
This is for all the graphics of my platform.

Can we improve the precision of this action ?

I give, for all practical purposes, one of my chartbook.

Thanks

What is Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2 >> Scroll Multiplier set to?

The scroll Multiplier is set to 1.
But, i don't see any influence of it when i changes it,
for exemple to 20, on the shift increment of the timescale.

I precise that in the same "general 2", the parameter of the wheel is "Scroll Wheel changes Spacing".
thanks

Did you notice a problem when changing the bar spacing with the Up and Down arrow keys on the keyboard? You can also drag the timescale left and right to change the bar spacing.

We cannot help you with any scroll wheel issues.

The up and down arrows or dragging with the pointer has the same effect:

the timescale is multiplied by 2 for the minimum shift possible.

i show you the result on the 2 graphs joined.

If you look at the lower right of the chart, there is a number displayed with a green background.

In one of the images it is 1 and in the other it is 0.

So the spacing in pixels changed by 1 which is correct.

This is what I feared, Sierra Chart platform nor the parameter setting of my computer so cannot improve the accuracy of this increment, too bad!
Thank you
