Can you manually backtest by replaying a chart one bar at a time on daily timeframe?

Hello, the reason I am interested in Sierra Charts is for manual backtesting on the daily. Basically I would like to go back to a certain date and see the chart up to that date. Then click and have one day revealed at a time so I can manually do entries and exits to backtest ideas. From what I could tell on the literature this is only available on intraday charts. Is there any way to do it with daily bars? Thank you! |

You can replay Daily bars by setting an Intraday chart to 1 Day per bar. Here is the documentation for that: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ReplayChart.html#ReplayingHigherTimeframeCharts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
