Error Message - 'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled | Symbol: F.US.TFEZ15 | TradeAccount: 527998 | InternalOrderID: 144188 | 2015-09-10 09:30:17 * Two issue with this error message - 1. I could trade this contract but still see this message popping up. 2. Also, when this pops, it stops my order entry for a good few seconds such that I cannot manage my positions. PLEASE HELP. PLEASE. |

You need to unlock trading through Trade >> Trading Locked. Make sure that is unchecked. Select Global Settings >>Global Profit/Loss Management. Make sure the options which enable Daily Net Profit Management and Daily Net Loss Management are disabled. And uncheck Lock After Positions Flattened. 1. That was unlocked all along. In fact, I was trading the very contract when this message popped. Besides, all the other options were also disabled / unchecked but still I see these messages. Why so? |

What you say cannot possibly be correct. So therefore that message about trading being locked must not have been the last message in the Trade Service Log at the time you had a problem and was listed earlier in the Trade Service Log. Therefore, it must be unrelated. There is not any further information we can provide about this. You cannot get that message about trading being locked if the options we listed above are disabled.
