For this you will need to use Sierra Chart Service package 3. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your usage time is adjusted. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. We understand that. Help topic 3.4 explains how to identify the source of the problem. Is the source of the problem that you are not receiving the data from the data feed? If so, then contact your broker/trading service about this problem because we cannot help with a problem like that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I'm experiencing interruptions in live data (the connection is on, but the ticks are not coming in). CQG. What do you think the problem may be?

How long do the interruptions last for? When you select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed, do you notice the data feed then resume? You might also want to change this setting to see if it helps: Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Server to Drop Data Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. I have to disconnect and reconnect to start getting data again. The setting for “allow server to drop data” was there to begin with. Anything else I can do to resolve the issue? The data stops today, too, at different times.

Can you possibly look at my problem remotely?

How to undo the last update? Perhaps the reason therein.

The problem is not with the last update. It sounds like a CQG data feed problem. We do not control the CQG server, so we do not see how it would help to connect remotely to your system, especially if the problem is resolved by reconnecting to the data feed. Who is your futures broker? You may want to switch to a different backend trading platform service. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Next time you have this problem, start an Account Support Ticket here: https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SupportTickets Let us know the time it occurs including the time zone and provide us your CQG username. We will then contact CQG about it and see what they can determine. And just very briefly describe what the problem is at the time.
