Re Chart Values for Tools: I wish that the programmers would create another format for “Chart Values for Tools” . The current rectangular box format interferes with chart analysis. The old format had it on a tool bar. That was much better, especially for smaller screens. You wrote : This link works for us. What happens when you click on this link? What web browser are you using? https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/1269SierraChartSetup.exe I’m using Internet Explorer. I down loaded several times getting the same result. I keep getting SH Historical Data. I would like the SC that allows using data from Interactive Brokers What is the latest SC “Interactive Brokers” version that uses the old tool bar that I’m looking for ? Thanks Ed |

We have made a revision to the latest prerelease. Update again with Help >> Download Prerelease. We corrected the problem with the Crosshair showing with the Pointer tool selected and some other minor changes. Refer to the attached image for the settings you need in Global Settings >> Tool Settings. Also enable the following: Tools >> Auto Snap on Creation Uncheck: Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Include Open/Close in Auto Snap Adjust the Auto Snap Sensitivity as required.
