Seeing this message when I have added some templates into my data folder I know they work as I have seen them on other PCs I have paid for package 1 3 5 Data Fed connected. But no data coming through/blank charts/download failed...... Any ideas? Thanks in Advance |

Great - works fine now. BUT I do need real time data too for the following futures: ES YM NQ TF Im not sure if I need to purchase just the exchange data, and/or additional package/usage data? I did try with the ES, but a message popped up saying I needed to first enable one real time connection - can you advise? |

Additionally, I have just read on this service you offer: Sierra Chart Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD Data Service. I am looking simply for the most cost effective way of recieving real-time price feeds for indicies - they do not necessarily need to be futures. Currently on packages 1 3 5 |
