Hi, Please help me to solve the printing problem. after I click on print chart from sierra chart, the image came out on printed paper showing small size like 2"x1" inch. However, if I print it from PAINT program of windows be a whole page (both printer setting the same). Thank you |

I did look up the user support messages and found an answer by update sierrachart version. that solve the problem.

After finish trading of the day ,trading on simulation using Sierra for auto trading,how come on the chart book it does not post the amount of profit or loss?

Why on top and bottom of the chart book for Sierra chart those links with different studies are almost hidden which is very difficult to see them and click on any of them.

I click on top of the chart the CL color green and it turns into color yellow ,now how can I turn it into color green again?

In regards to printing the chart, Every time I try to print one, as soon as the printing menu appears (by clicking CTRL + P) and I try to change the landscape of printing from vertical to portrait, the platform crashes and it closes down. Can someone help me out on that issue please? |
