The bridge currently does not support minimizing it to the status area. A programmer can add it, here is the documentation: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ee330740%28v=vs.85%29.aspx It is not something we would spend time on. It is not so simple. 5. This is good. Must be because we linked with the Windows XP libraries. However, we are still leery of working with the Windows Rithmic libraries on Linux. A proper true native Linux bridge really should be created. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. SC Support You are right, of course but we'll see how it will works on Wine. imho, Nobody could do it better than SC Team beacuse of confidence it will work as expected vs to get it from third-party programmers. So looks like we'll try to live w win-ver waiting for SC for Linux. You were very cogent in terms of using FIX / GSP , so from this point of view there is no reason to spend a lot of time/money to dip into any API and CTS/FIX/ or CQG/FIX/ might be a good choise. Also in the future I'm interested in a GSP/FIX Connection to the Moscow Exchange in case CQG/FIX/ will not connect to it. With best regards. |
