Hello, I have a study with three EMAs and I need to make an average of these three figures. Would you help which function/study to use? Regards, Richard |

Hello, is it so difficult to make a simple average of data? I am not a programmer so how can I do it? I thought you would send me a link to a simple function, not a "book" to study. I am really confused. Regards, Richard |

Please take the time to review the information about the Spreadsheet study. You do not have to be a programmer. It is important to take the time to learn the functionality. This is essential and not put reliance on us to do everything for you because this is not possible for us to know every single thing the user wants to do and have a built-in study for it. Spreadsheets provide an easy means to construct your own custom formulas. There is no built-in study which automatically does what you want. The closest there is is the Study Subgraphs Average study: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s164 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Actually, using two instances of the Study Subgraphs Average to average three values will not work.
