Hello, On a chart of the Es I use an overlay-bar study of Nyse-tick. It still doesn't update correctly although you posted the nyse-tick issue was resolved. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439573941587.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-08-14 17:42:01

What is the problem? This is too vague: doesn't update correctly

We do see missing data in the chart for the TICK-NYSE and that is because of the interruption with it this morning. The missing data cannot be recovered. We apologize for this. I'm not talking about the missing data. Today it shows a constant value of 33.99 in the chart. It should update now, but it doesn't. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?l=1439574859187.png Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-08-14 18:04:07

The missing data has now been filled in. If you re-download the data following the instructions here, you will get it: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_HistoricalIntradayData.html#RetryDownloadDataInChart Regarding the problem you mentioned in the most recent post, we see what you are saying, sort of, but it is hard for us to comprehend what the problem is by looking at an overlay study. You need to go to the original chart and see if there is any problem there and also re-download the data to get the missing data.
