hi I have installed windows 10. initially in the upgrade things seem to be ok but now I have carried out a clean install and for the life of me sierrachart is not working. upon opening it I get a long(almo0st 1/4 of screen filled by green connected status and nothing seems to work. is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong? please help asap. regards |

I did manage to get the charts working fine but it is the toolbar. when selected it is so big that covers the whole screen. cannot use the toolbar. still need help.

it is definitely the toolbar. displaying it just doesn't work. it is so magnified that the screen literally becomes blank. I am using sierra v 1282, win10 pro 64 bit ver.

have copied all the files from previous installation to overwrite the new one and it is wo0rking now. strange though, isn't it?

You can control the ToolBar font through Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Fonts >> ToolBar Text. Clearly it is too large. Not sure why it is so large.
