BID and ASK in chart DOM columns

Hi Sierra Chart, I would like to ask if I need to do any special setup to see more BID and ASK numbers in chart DOM columns. At this moment I can see only one tick below and one tick above the current price. I am using Infinity broker but using SC real time data. Thank you very much for your advice. |

You should be seeing more market depth data than that. When you select Chart >> Open Market Depth Window, how many levels of market depth do you see?

Hi Sierra chart support, I would like to clarify pricing. By following your advise on the link above I would be basically charged 15.75 instead of 3.25? Is this assumption correct? I would be deactivating this: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 3.25 USD/month. Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures Trading Services. And I would be activating this: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts: Price 15.75 USD/month. Can only be used by Sierra Chart users with a trading account with one of the supported futures Trading Services. I hope I understand correctly. Thank you |
