Dear support,

I just installed Sierra platform after the previous one I had was freezing incessantly but realised that in the trading window where my account number should be displayed showing am trading LIVE; instead, ''UNSET'' is displayed.

Please how can this be corrected?

I am using CQG FIX Trading with AMP Futures.

Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.

In the FIX Trading Connection Details section, you must specify the Username and Password to connect the FIX server so the trading accounts can be determined.
