When I start TransAct Trading platform it also launches your charting software. When it starts it pops up two log windows which I have to close everytime when I start to use the charts. 1. Trade Service Log 2. Message Log How can I prevent these from popping up? Also is there a highlight pen tool in your charts tools? I cannot find one anywhere that I can use to highlight areas on a chart and that will move with the chart so that the area is always highglighted unless I delete it. Sierra Chart Support |

1. The Trade Service Log opens because this is requested by the TransAct software. There is no way to stop this. 2. The messages in the Message Log which cause it to open have an * at the end cause it to automatically open. This is not a usual case though. As long as the Message Log is closed when you exit from Sierra Chart it will remain closed when you start Sierra Chart again. 3.
